3-step skincare routine anyone can follow

Skincare doesn't have to be so complicated. Having multiple steps in a routine is not the key to maintaining healthy-looking skin. Having a skincare routine geared to your skin type and skin issues is much better. It's recommended to have a simplified routine.



 

Here is a routine that most skin types can generally follow, a routine that follows three steps in the morning and night. 

The Basic Steps of a Skincare Routine:

Morning skincare routine:
1. Cleanser: Wash your face with a gentle cleanser.

2. Moisturizer: Apply a good amount of moisturizer on your face.

3. Sunscreen: Apply a good sunscreen with an SPF of around 30-50.

Nighttime skincare routine:
1. Cleanser: Wash your face with a gentle cleanser.

2. Treat: Apply 3-5 drops of serum to your face and gently massage it in.

3. Moisturizer: Apply a good amount of moisturizer on your face.
